Mobile and Stationary Solutions for successful Dust Suppression
Disinfection of Outdoor and Indoor Areas
Regular disinfection is the only way to ensure our working area and our open public areas, parks, and streets, are cleaned and free of dangerous bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Our machines allow you to distribute disinfectants both indoors and over large open surface areas. The disinfectant is atomized into a fine mist made up of tiny droplets.
This fine mist then settles over all surfaces, and thanks to its slow speed of sedimentation, it even reaches into very hidden corners.
Solutions for Outdoor Areas
runde fog cannon
The Runde Fog cannon is ideally suited for the distribution of disinfectant in indoor areas because it comes with a dosing pump that mixes the disinfectant perfectly. It has a reach of between 30 and 50 meters (and operates on two different levels of speed) and needs just 4 liters per minute. The Runde Fog cannon, with 60 dB (A,) is also exceptionally quiet.
The process uses only a small amount of liquid. It leaves no puddles on the floor and creates no problems for use in indoor areas.
Other important advantages of our solutions are:
- Energy efficient
- It is possible to adjust the amount of water by remote control
- The turbine’s throwing distance can be adjusted by remote control
- The machines all work without a pump when the water pressure is high enough
- this saves money and prevents power shortages
- We give you advice, before, during and after the purchase
- We have a very well-functioning, worldwide after-sales service
- Spare parts are available worldwide within three working days
- Two years guarantee
Our solutions and application
Efficiency of dust suppression
RDSS fog cannon are environmentally friendly and designed to suppress dust by dispersing a fine mist over dust spill areas. Ideal for reducing air pollutants around container ships, cement, concrete, aggregates, environmental remediation, landfills, steel, slag and wood processing applications.
● The density of the fog can be controlled to maximize dust suppression, and it is important that the fog particles are small enough to capture and suppress dust particles without damaging the surface as it goes downstream. Fog particles must be similar in size to dust particles in order to successfully capture and settle dust.
● Dust collectors efficiently target dust at the source, immediately controlling and suppressing it. Mitigates the risk of breathing or visual difficulties caused by airborne particles in the field. The unit conserves water by dispersing atomized fog, thus providing better area coverage with minimal water use.
